To provide HR administrative and project related support to the HR team.
Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day HR Operations matters
Ensure that the HR System is up to date
Manage the on-boarding process and SharePoint
Respond to HR-related queries
Support the development of HR initiatives, policies and procedures
Coordinate with the relocation vendors for visa and work permit applications
Provide administrative support to the department
Recruitment: Support the recruitment process by drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening CVs, and coordinating interview schedules.
Prepare employment contracts, letters and any other employee related documents
Process all employee changes in the HR system

Skills and experience
Bachelor degree or masters in HR
Knowledge of Greek labour legislation
3-5 years’ experience within HR (preferably in an international environment)
Familiar with the full cycle of people management activities (employee relations, employment law, compensation & benefits, performance management, payroll)
Fluency in English is mandatory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
